This Christmas, we are delighted to reunite with LYC West – our wonderful collaborators from our 40th-anniversary concert – for a festive performance of Britten’s evergreen cantata, Saint Nicholas.
Alongside this seasonal masterpiece, enjoy Bob Chilcott’s highly entertaining and much-loved Twelve Days of Christmas, as well as festive favourites by John Rutter, whose name is synonymous with Christmas choral music. We’re also proud to showcase music by acclaimed local, Cecilia McDowall, “one of the leading choral and vocal composers of her generation”. Musical Opinion

London Youth Choir West is a choir for children in school years 3–6, based in Ealing and run in partnership with Ealing Music Service. It is the second LYC regional choir, created as part of their 10th anniversary plan to bring brilliant musical education closer to home for more young people across London.
